My wife got me these for Christmas. I run between 30 and 60 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Once in a while I will sign up for a 10K. So I am a casual runner, but will go 60 minutes with these on. I've been wearing my pair since I purchased them back in early May of 2011, logging 60 miles a week, usually 8 mile a day runs and extensions of 9-10 mile runs on my weekends, still there is little wear and tear in the shoes, nor a decrease in my pace. When I bought this pair of Reebok Caterpillar Footwear, it really blew out my mind. You want to keep running when you are wearing them. The back of this new shoe is not well design. Then I bought a new pair with a nice look but very stiff and not comfortable for running. I have gotten used to running with these and then went back to my regular running shoes with more support and a thicker sole. Regular Cheap Nike Shoes running shoes take up a lot of space in my suitcase, so I am thinking of getting another pair just for travel purposes. One of the most comfortable workout shoe I've owned. Look around for the best price. I got them on sale at Nordstrom.com.
I researched shoes on the internet before purchasing the Adidas Wings Jeremy Scott. This shoe is the #1 Women's Cross Training shoe according to a few different sources. I must say i was skeptical about buying shoes online without trying them on in a store, but with recommendations from others who are runners i took there advice and bought them anyway. I have had these for about a year now(I've worn them more miles than i should have!) I put down 40-50 miles a week, and wear these for maybe 30 of those! These shoes are very comfortable and the first time i put them i ran 4 miles with no problems at all. They are exactly what they looked like in the photo, and I like them very much, but can't wear them with thick socks. Other then that they are comfortable to walk in, and provide good cushioned support to the arches of my feet. It feels like i'm not wearing 5lbs on my feet. I'm on my feet all day and these just feel great and they give me the support i need. I also bought the Nike Free Run 3 Men also but after running only 3.5 miles my feet started to get sore.
