You finally got the guts to call the customer and they didn't answer their phone. Now you are stuck listening to a voice mail recording and face a difficult decision - to leave or not to leave... that is the question!

I say you should always leave a voice mail... this assumes, however, that you had something valuable to say in the first place.

What do you do? If you're like most people, you will leave your typical follow-up message of, "Hello Mr Smith, this is Eric with XYZ Roofing. I'm calling to follow-up on the quote we louis vuitton bags reviewed. My number is 888-8888. Give me a call as soon as you can."
