FIFA launched Thursday a two-day meeting to fifa 14 coins discuss the possibility of changing the date 2022 World Cup in Qatar to avoid the scorching summer.The president of world football's governing body, Sepp Blatter is promoting change, but probably will encounter opposition from Europe and the U.S., who claim that FIFA runs queries to access before you change the traditional June date and July to avoid the extreme heat in the small desert nation.

Blatter raised the possibility of starting the tournament in November, while the president of UEFA, Michel Platini, prefers January.The creation of a special commission to study the potential impact of the change in dates could be a solution when the joint midpoint examines the matter on Friday.

Blatter said in August it would be "extremely surprised” if the board does not reject the idea of playing the World Cup in the Qatari summer.FIFA said the 27-member executive committee will also consider the human rights of migrant workers involved in the construction of stadiums, transportation and hotel infrastructure in Qatar for the World Cup.
