Kevin Kinsella has a strong record of success in the healthcare industry, where he is known for driving revenue, profit and market-share growth, creating successful strategic account plans, optimizing customer satisfaction and developing high performing leaders, said Brian Straeb, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Amerinet.
In his new role with Amerinet, Kinsella will leverage his experience to lead the companys team of strategic account and alliance executives to profitably grow key segments of Amerinets acute care business. He will also lead the development of plans and tactics to convert competitive business, as well as develop and implement initiatives to leverage regional aggregation opportunities through the Alliance team to increase contract utilization.
Prior to joining Amerinet, Kinsella held progressive leadership positions with Beckman Instruments and then Beckman Coulter. In 1994, he was promoted to Central Area business manager, and after the Beckman/Coulter merger he was appointed director of corporate accounts, where he re-engineered the team, leading it to success by capturing key integrated delivery network and group purchasing contracts representing over $900 million in total revenue. Kinsella was then promoted to lead the companys North American sales organization, where he was responsible for direct instrument, consumable and service revenue of $850 million annually.He later served as vice president/general manager of Beckman Coulters Eastern Zone. Most recently, Kinsella was the principal at KTM where he specialized in helping companies create and develop winning teams through superior leadership coaching and training.
Kinsella earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science and Economics from the University of Delaware and obtained additional post-graduate business education at George Mason University. He is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Medical Device and Diagnostics Executives and Tech Council of Maryland.
