Apple, 8-megapixel camera on the iPhone 6s but with new features

As usual, in the fall Apple will unveil a revamped version of its iPhone and iPhone 6 6 Plus. Respecting the design cycle "biennial", you would expect from Apple improved "internal" of his device that probably will also receive an "S "in their letters.

There are still several months but already beginning to circulate rumors about what might be the new hardware. As for the camera, as stated by the analyst Jeff Pu, in the next iPhone should still be a 8 megapixel but probably renewed than at present and enriched with new features.

As reported in recent weeks by the Chinese newspaper United Daily News, Apple is planning to implement a dual-lens camera with optical zoom functionality that will bring a significant improvement in the quality of the captured images, allowed by the greatest amount of light that can reach optics.

Jeff Pu has recently discussed the financial situation of Largan Precision, a leading manufacturer of lenses for Apple. Pu Largan predicts that this year will face a drop in profits as the industry transition to cameras with higher resolutions is going slowly.

Many Chinese manufacturers of mid-range smartphone switched to 8 or 13 megapixels but there are many devices that use modules of 16 or 20 mexapixel. This is because, apparently, there would be a limited quantity of CMOS sensors.
