Yesterday, our dinner was curry and rice.
I've heard that Japanese curry and rice is different from others.
Is it true? I haven't eaten curry and rice in another country.
But I've eaten it in an Indian restaurant.
The curry was with nan, not rice. And the smell was very spicy.
I think it's different from Japanese one.

Japanese style curry and rice is very popular in Japan.
It is liked by not only children, but also adults.

It's very easy to cook Japanese style curry and rice.

We usually use a curry roux.
There are many kinds of the roux.
The roux is like a tablet of
chocolate. But the smell is curry.




At first, fry vegetables and meat or seafood.

At last, put the curry roux into the pan,
