My exercise consists of
yoga 2 times /a week
swimming in the pool 3 times/a week
and Surfing sometimes.
(Depending on the waves and the wind)
But I knew my body was not satisfied
I needed someone to push more hard
In my work place,
at the hair salon my clients are especially active
Theresa(age 52) - She is a top triathlete in Australia
Peter (age 45?)-ride a bike for 3000km in 10days.
Am I lazy in the way I am training my body?
(I am 40 years old.)
Then last week my client Ange
( She is an 8-times kick boxing champion in Australia)

She came for the hair cut .
"Can I join your class??"
So I joined kick boxing training tonight.
It is just 1h but really hard, of course
But I felt sooooo good.
After training the beer taste good too
I had a stiff shoulder, but I needed good push up and
weight training, not yoga.
