Turbo Jam Workout: My Workout Review

Last week, I had a very interesting conversation with a family friend about Turbo Jam Workout. She had always been into sports, hiking, biking, etc. and had a tight body for her entire life. But during her pregnancy, she put on a lot of weight and she suffered from depression for about a year afterwards. Then, she found Turbo Jam Workout and ended up losing almost 60 lbs, going from a size 12 to a size 2. That’s what I love about Turbo Jam .

As I mentioned a few posts ago, Turbo Jam Workout (you can read my Turbo Jam review here) is the easiest of the Turbo workout series and it’s perfect for women who need to lose weight before they seriously start working out. That’s why Turbo Jam is so effective; it is fun, enjoyable and it gives women a great workout if they’re just starting out on their path to get a better body.

Turbo Jam burns a lot of calories while being a fairly low-impact workout. They do show how to modify the moves to reduce further impact but the normal moves do a great job.Chalene designed the program to tone your arms, legs and abdominal muscles at the same time and she has these sculpting gloves that come in the program that double the effectiveness of the workout.

The workouts are around 40 minutes long and are relatively simple in their construction. You’ll be doing moves with punches (jabs, hooks, etc.) to warm up before moving into the cardio portion. The cardio portions involve some squats but mostly deal with different variations of kicking – front knee and back kicks coupled with different punch combinations and kick directions.
