Pursuit Of Happyness

Hello peps!
Today I want to share about the movie 'Pursuit of Happyness' that was based on true story about a man named Chris Gardner. Will Smith played as Chris Gardner, a salesman that invests his entire life savings in portable Bone Density Scanner. This scanner play a big role in Christopher life. While he is able to sell the scanner, his wife leaves him, he loses his house, his bank account and credit cards due to his financial problem.
So he live out in the streets with his son, Christopher.
Chris life is is full of sadness because of his condition, his wife blamed him, he struggle for his success in financial and he have no place/house to stay.
But, I read an article about this movie ending and it says that Chris finally lives happily because he succeeds as stock broker.

I am so curious why the title of the movie is 'Pursuit of Happyness'. The word 'pursuit' means chasing. So, I think that happiness is thing that we must chase and we need to work hard to gain it. The spelling of happiness in the title of this movie is wrong but I think there is a deeper meaning in its misspelling. I don't know what it is.

I didn't watch all of the movie only part of them but I think it's really good movie and it's give a very good message which is, we have to win the struggle in our life and do our best to achieve our goal.

"Don’t ever let somebody tell you you can’t do something, not even me. Alright? You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it, period." - Chris Gardner
