I found in the Internet on http://smt.blogs.com/mari_diary/2005/05/looking_for_goo.html in report about German bread in Japan and also about the Bakery Freundlieb.
I would like to ask you, are you interested in a German baker master as in worker in your Bakery?
Short about me. I'm 32 years old and baker master. I have already lived in Japan, I have worked in a bakery in Nagoya.
In this time I was with a work and holiday Visa in Japan and it was only possible to stay there for a year. Before I went to Japan I solved my apprenticeship in my fathers company, worked there as a baker master and later in a organic bakery. After my time in Japan I worked for a German machine manufacture company, this company build bakery machines, maybe you know, Kemper and Werner and Pfleiderer. I was hired as in consultant, to provide bakeries in the USA, in recipes and machine questions.
But I found out that this is not the right job for me, to much travels and I like more to work in bakery.
Since I'm back from USA, I work again in my fathers company and I am responsible for the night shift.
I'm very interested to work and live again in Japan, it was a very beautiful and amazing time, I loved to work with Japanese people and I have no fear from Japanese working times.
I hope that I could give you a little picture from me and it would be very nice if you are interested in a German baker master.
