a Game of the Century

When I left with 5 mins left Loyola 3120. I left after Gilman didn't get onside kick. Was really impress with Loyola's line. They controlled the line of scrimmage and gave the QB all day to throw and gave Garvin huge holes to run thru. 2 Floyd was really impressive in the 1st half.

Looks like Loyola will finally be outright MIAA champs. Checked the roster and they have nothing but Seniors on the squad and some Juniors. Only 1 sophomore+1 Freshmen(whose a kicker). They will be in rebuilding mode next year. Gilman on the other hand is loaded with underclassmen, I look forward to seeing these kids progress.

You must have only seen Gilman play against BC. This Gilman team is much different. First off they are healthy now. There is no more running Emala 40 times a game. They have there starting RB back. They are now coming at you with multiple formations and players. The reason Countess is returning all of these kicks is because teams are kicking away from Jennings. You going to have to kick it to 1 or the other. You just have to pick your poison.

Gilman will grind this out and out physical Loyola. I don't do the predicting score thing but I see a close game with Gilman coming out on top.

Helluva game from Darius Jennings for Gilman. Him and Blake Countess should be a force to reckon with for the next two years.

But my overall assessment was the Dons were better. If they had Kinnard, it would have probably been one more touchdown, but we will never know.

2 Brandon Floyd played the game of his life and although he didn't have a stellar second half (he got banged up, raidersofficialonline.com/15_matt_flynn_jersey_authentic_black_limited_cheap taking some HUGE Matt Flynn Black Jersey hits) he was the MVP. Backup Connor Bruns, transfer from ND, was great. He made strong reads all day and placed the ball high enough for his targets to grab.

Three games left for the Dons, and next up is Senior day vs. Valley Forge Military Academy (the alma mater of Julian Peterson Larry Fitzgerald, they played Post Grad football there though).
