Our team has 3 people, manager, my junior, and me. It has already passed 3 months since my junior joined our team. Recently, most of work is going well because she had learned a lot of things, like rules, the way of manageing etc. so it's very helpful for us, my manager and me. but today i was asked some my advices from my junior. as listening her stories, i realized that she is having a problem about her circumstance at work. she said that our boss give many jobs for her recently and it's very hard as she doesnt get a handle on the situation. In addition, she feels that the boss is strict with her more than before. so she is really worring about working. provably now, she is not interesting in her job and cant get motivated. fortunately, i have never feel about such a thing, but i gave some advices to her. to comunicate and make a good relationship are very difficult, but i think once we can make a good rerashion like TRUST, we can communicate smooth, and it makes our work more efficient. i think i'm in a very important position for our team. I have to keep our balance!
