"When you are feeling emotionally drained, it's because you've been "giving" too much - to your life, to others, etc. What you're not doing enough is charging your battery so that you can get through the difficult parts in your life - you're probably feeling a bit burned out - can lead to depression and/or anxiety (the symptoms you've mentioned are the start of that). Begin to look at the things you do for yourself on a regular basis - my guess is that there are very few. When's the last time you've felt "good" about things - what was going on then, and how were you being "fed"? It's time to "feed" yourself again - do something for you, something that "charges" you. Yes, I know, we are all too busy to fit those things in, but if you don't make yourself a priority here, it will only get worse. There's a saying: If what you're doing isn't working, then stop doing what you're doing and do something else."
