Nowadays, stainless steel is widely used in many fields, and the popular usage is stainless steel in kitchen wares. As a matter of fact, apart from used in ordinary life, stainless steel also can be used to manufacture different devices. This is because stainless steel has a lot of advantages, for example: sufficient chromium in stainless steel can form passive film of chromium oxide which can prevent further surface corrosion by blocking oxygen diffusion to the steel surface. In addition to resistant corrosion, stainless steel also can be machined, formed, cut, welded and fabricated readily; also it can resistant high and low temperature and it is easy to easy to clean. In the long term, with low maintenance, stainless steel is less expensive compared with other materials. In a word, so many advantages make stainless steel has gotten very popular material in many industries.

In today’s market, by the way, there are over 150 grades of stainless steel, of which fifteen are most commonly used; different grapes have their special usage, for example: 316L is commonly used in the field of manufacture of watch and jewelry. All grades of stainless steel have many advantages.
