Fibromyalgia is a disease that causes pain to your tendons, muscles and joints. Fibromyalgia has big similarities with arthritis. Don't stave the whole day and ingest a big meal to compensate for the lack of nutrition. Instead, eat in micro portions. Drink more water and not soft drinks, juices or carbonated drinks. Try to reduce your alcohol consumption, along with your coffee, trans-fat and sugar as these are bad for your body not to mention makes you tired and ache.
