The more excellent the equipment is, the more careful maintenance and preservation it needs, on which Hongxing hereby offers the following tips:

1. Remove the motor off from the screen machine regularly for inspection, and lubricate the bearing of the motor. Change the bearing if any damage is found.

2. Overhaul the equipment once every year although it does not need to be lubricated. Specifically, change the lining plates, bolts, and repair the sieve.

3. Remove the sieve off regularly for inspection, and clean, repair, or renew the sieve with special tools if it is broken, rough or uneven in surface, or the sieve holes are blocked.

4. Prepare the substitute sieve and keep it well in case of need.

5. Inspect the linking and fastening devices among the beam, the box, and the sieves of the vibrating screen at the beginning of every application and fasten them if any looseness is found. Otherwise, the looseness will lead to enlarging interface among different parts of the vibrating screen and result in crash among them with the screen cracked in the end.

6. Inspect the supporting device at the beginning of every application and repair or renew it provided any damage is found.
