Kings consists of 63 tombs among them are: Tut Moses I, the first king buried there; Mernptah, Ramses III, Ramses IV. The beautiful thing about the tombs is the paintings on the walls are still in tack for the most part. The scenes come alive when you see them in their original colors all from natural plant dyes. At 11:00AM after I was good and melted, the driver or should I say two drivers, picked me up to take me to Hurghada. I found it a little awkward that we picked up a second driver but I guess that is the law that it requires two drivers when driving across the dessert, so there I was. Thankfully, I reclined the front seat and took a long nap.

We arrived at the inclusive hotel of Sunny Days Palacio to learn that I was actually booked in their accommodations apartment style called Sunny Days Mirete. The 5 star teaser made me wish I had just arranged something via Couchsurfing, which I did once I opted to extend my visit in Hurghada another two days. The only good thing about the hotel was access to a gym. I managed to run 6.3km and lift weights, a retro 12 cool grey much needed release. Luxor Temple Today we docked in Luxor, disembarked and made the rounds to Karnak Temple and then Luxor jordan for sale Temple.

First thing you see when you visit the temple is a topographical map of both temples and what the complex looked like in ancient times. Karnak is the largest and impressive covering 64 acres. It is dedicated to Amounra, the God of heaven, was first constructed during the Old Kingdom although the current structures only date back to the Middle Kingdom. The temple was completed in 2,000BC aka the New Kingdom. Another interesting fact, construction starts.
