材料：糯米、大米各150克，鹽或糖少許

備註：

1、保鮮盒中塗油的做法，是為了盡量不用保鮮膜，環保一點點。

2、炸的時候，鍋中不要一次性放入太多的米飯塊，最好留有較大空間，否則糯米遇熱易互相粘連。

3、甜吃、咸吃隨自己口味，我喜歡吃的時候蘸白糖。
