WEIGHT LOSS TIPS
1. Stop drinking soda,
replace soda with water. (Aprox: 8 glasses a day)
Drink a glass of water when you get up.
Eat breakfast (Aprox: 45 minutes after getting up in the morning)
Eat slowly, so you fill up faster.
Watch your portions
*MEAT: Same size as palm of your hand.
*VEGETABLES: Same size as to cupped hands.
*GRAINS/FRUIT: Same size as fist.
*ICECREEM: Same size as fist.0
No eating after 8:30 PM
3. Walk nonstop for one hour a day. (This doesn't have to be power walking; just walk at your own pace.)
