2 Months after my last entry
.. about dieting .. hmm ..
What should i say.. ?
Training alone didn't do as much as i hoped.
You just can't train your body
and still eat hamburgers and pizza everyday (laugh)
That just won't work. (^^)"
(i knew that beforehand,
but i thought it would still have a bigger effekt
then having absolutly none ! (>A<) )
So, i stopped drinking limonades around 3-4 weeks ago.
And i changed my eating-habits drastically at that time.
Since then i lost around 5-7 kg !
Still nowhere the wight i want to go to,
but it's a great start ! (^__^)d
Haven't eaten any hamburgers or pizza, etc. since then.
I'm a little proud of myself. (nod nod)
Today i'm going for the first time, since that change, to MakkuDo.
and yes i will eat a hamburger ! And i will enjoy it !
For the first time i won't think 'oh no ! i should loose weight !'
i AM loosing weight ! That's why i'll enjoy it.
But changing your eating habits isn't enough !
I intensed my training too !
After changing my eating habits i'm eating more now then before,
but only healthy stuff !
Less fatty food, not much sugar & salt, but much protein !
Protein will helf you gain muscles while training
and that will burn the fat in your body !
Hopefully i'll can archieve the weight i wish for next year.
I definitely will continue like this and loose weight constantly. (⌒▽⌒)
